WPF rehosted designer

Sep 2, 2010 at 10:11 AM

I saw the example of the StateMachine in documentation, but that's WF Console. Is there a way to use WPF re-hosted designer from WF 4 samples?

wd.Load(new StateMachine());

doesn't show correctly the StateMachine (it's showing it like a simple Activity, not like a surface on which you can do drag&drop)

Hi SL,

I believe you might be missing some references to assemblies that come in the State Machine package. I initially  had this behavior but after adding the correct references everything worked fine. Right now I can't confirm what those references are but if you continue having problems post again and I'll try to find out.

Hope it helps,

Thanks for answering. The references I have are to Microsoft.Activities.StateMachine and Microsoft.Activities.StateMachine.Design projects added to my solution. I'm trying to use the code frrom CTP 1.

Thank you

The problem was the target for Microsoft.Activities.StateMachine.Design which was set to .net 4 client.
